1. Tour Pricing
Tour prices are published on the company’s website and official communication channels. These prices typically include basic costs within the tour program such as transportation, hotel accommodation, meals according to the itinerary, entrance tickets, tour guides, and travel insurance.
Costs not included in the tour price may consist of personal expenses, services not listed in the itinerary, VAT (if applicable), single room supplements, surcharges during holidays or peak seasons, and additional services requested by customers.
Tour prices may be adjusted depending on the time of booking, peak travel seasons, or changes from service providers. In all cases, the company will clearly and transparently inform customers before confirming the tour booking or signing a service contract.
2. Vehicle Rental Pricing
Vehicle rental prices are calculated based on distance (kilometers) or rental duration (hourly/daily), depending on the type of service and the agreement with the customer. These prices usually include fuel costs, driver salary, and toll fees according to the agreed itinerary.
Any additional costs outside the initial program or agreement (if any) will be clearly communicated and agreed upon with the customer in advance.
To confirm a vehicle rental service, customers are required to make a deposit according to the regulations for each vehicle type or specific rental contract.
