  • Children under 5 years old: free of charge but must be accompanied and directly supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the trip.
  • Children from 6 - 12 years old: charged approximately 80% of the adult tour price, depending on the regulations of each specific tour program.
 

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to provide complete and accurate personal information when registering for services.
 
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip or during the service period.
 
Customers must follow the instructions of tour guides, drivers, and the company’s regulations to ensure safety and service quality.
 

4. Safety and Conduct Regulations

 
  • Smoking is not allowed on transportation vehicles or in areas where smoking is prohibited.
  • Customers are not allowed to carry dangerous items or weapons such as knives, guns, batons, or any equipment that may cause harm to others.
  • Customers must comply with traffic safety regulations and vehicle rules during the use of the service.
 

5. Changes to Itinerary and Services

In certain situations beyond the company’s control such as bad weather, traffic incidents, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, the company may adjust the itinerary or replace services with equivalent alternatives to ensure customer safety.
 
Changes resulting from such objective factors may not be eligible for refunds.
 

6. Images and Media

During the organization of tours or the provision of services, the company may take photos or record videos of tour activities for archival and promotional purposes.
 
By participating in the services, customers agree to allow the company to use these images unless otherwise requested in advance.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses arising from circumstances beyond its control such as bad weather, accidents, medical emergencies, theft, or other force majeure situations.
 
When necessary, the company may modify or replace services with equivalent alternatives to ensure that the itinerary can continue.
